Hello, I'm Winnie Wu

Allied Health Business Coach

I’m a physiotherapist by training (dance + pelvic health), and I’ve built and run multiple clinics and brands from scratch. I’ve grown them in different ways, broken things along the way, restructured more than once, and learned what actually holds up in real life.

I run clinics, lead teams, pay wages, and make decisions in real time.

Now, as a mum of two under five, I run three businesses across four working days. I love the variety of my work. I teach what works when you’re juggling patients, staff, leadership, cashflow, and life.

My approach is practical, data-led, and human. Sometimes uncomfortable, but always honest.

    It has been so good to be able to share experiences those that are good and bad in business with other sole and group practice owners. Since beginning my own practice, I have felt very alone and unsure about a lot of things, but I am finally feeling more confident in running my own business and having a direction for my business as well. I thought private coaching would be more beneficial for me, however, I have found a group aspect to be so much better than I expected. It is so good to be able to talk with people and just to be able to talk about things that you experience day today that your partner and Family might not be able to understand. I can't to finish the rest of the program and take all of these lessons I have learnt and apply them to my business for ever."
