Hello, I'm Winnie Wu

As a dance and pelvic health physiotherapist, I started 4 clinic brands from scratch. I've grown all of them in different ways.

Now, as a mum of 2 under 5s, I run 3 businesses in 4 working days. It's busy, but I'm loving the variety and the journey I'm on. My ways are a bit unconventional, I've gone out of the traditional models of private practice and created something of my own.

After learning my mistakes the hard way, I'm here to share my insights with you.

I never thought a group program would be as effective as it was but this program would be beneficial for me, however has exceeded expectations. So much so I have signed on for another 6 months of coaching.

    It has been so good to be able to share experiences those that are good and bad in business with other sole and group practice owners. Since beginning my own practice, I have felt very alone and unsure about a lot of things, but I am finally feeling more confident in running my own business and having a direction for my business as well. I thought private coaching would be more beneficial for me, however, I have found a group aspect to be so much better than I expected. It is so good to be able to talk with people and just to be able to talk about things that you experience day today that your partner and Family might not be able to understand. I can't to finish the rest of the program and take all of these lessons I have learnt and apply them to my business for ever."
