Scale a hybrid health clinic with momentum
Create a clinic that scales.
Have you been thinking about creating a program to diversify income in your clinic? Wondering how people achieve scalability in brick-and-mortar clinics?
Delivering 1:1 services is essential in health clinics, BUT, it won’t get you there. Understanding how to package your expertise into something that is worth more than $1,000 per transaction is a skill we need to learn. This solves many problems.

Let’s talk about hybrid
Yes, you can offer 1:1 services– but you’ll hit a ceiling. And if you’re on this page, you’re probably feeling that I’m working way too hard exhaustion when you think about all of your 1:1 clients.
Yes, you can offer online services– but you have a (damn good) brick and mortar practice, so let’s leverage that to bring you more impact, profit, and program creativity.
Bring in hybrid.
Hybrid Launchpad is the only accelerator that shows you how to create a hybrid program for your health clinic, meaning:
You will be ahead of your competitors.
Your service suite will work for you AND your clients.
Your creative programs will encourage your team to grow and develop with you.
You will scale beyond headcount and space.
GoalGet your minimal viable version ready for launch!
This is an intensive launch program. This is not about building the content of your full program, as some people can do that in a few days, while others might take 8 months. We will introduce two launch styles, and for some, you might be launching a program that has yet to be created. (my preferred way of launching)
Take your spot in the forefront of your industry
What type of program will I be creating in Launchpad?
Your Program to be created should…
Stand out from online practitioners
Be low maintenance (it won't ever be passive, but low maintenance, yes)
High ticket - priced $1000 - $3000 (you'll see why during the course when we go through finances and breakdowns)
Not confuse people and take them away from your 1:1 services
Integrate seamlessly into your model of care + niched with a clear audience and outcome
Leverage your physical location + team and play to your strengths to give more value
Highly profitable so you can raise the profit margin of brick and mortar clinics above our industry average
Your Program to be created should…
Health Programs for Patients
CPD or Upskilling for Industry Professionals
Coaching or Mentoring Programs for Businesses or Professionals
If you wait for clinical research, then implement– you will miss out.
The hybrid model is the future. By broadening your scope of what’s possible you can shape it instead of react to it.
On that note
Hi , I'm WinnieAs a dance and pelvic health physiotherapist and Pilates + Barre instructor– I’ve been in the wellness world since I was 16.
I opened up my solo practice the year I graduated, developed clinical expertise, then took the leap into a group practice in 2018. Fast forward 4 months, I was fully booked, making 6-figures. That 4 month timeframe for Fast Track was not an accident ;).
In the past 5 years, we’ve unglamourously thrived through Covid, experiencing rapid growth. Hitting 7-figures yearly with healthy profit margins, I’ve also had 2 babies, created other businesses, and got a healthy dose of overseas traveling in.
By using strategies to multiply what my clinic is able to do, I’m able to be a person outside of work while still hitting the career goals I’ve always dreamed of.
And now, I can’t wait for you to launch into this next phase of growth for your health clinic. One where you can stay in your zone of genius, free yourself from the 16+ hour workdays, get rid of the mental load of being everything to everyone, and create a profitable + patient-centered business.

I will provide tech options and let you know my thoughts on different tech platforms. As a bit of a tech nerd, I have used a couple of different course and email platforms, so I can make my recommendations.
My main considerations when choosing platforms for myself are cost, features, and whether it support the type of delivery style you want for your program.
The point of these 4 weeks is not to over-complicate things. I want to get your program ready to launch asap. You need time to validate it, test your market, refine your materials. Once you've done that, you can explore and upgrade your assets to turn it into evergreen program or establish more parts to help with lead generation, conversion, etc.
My goal is to help you to launch your offer in a short period of time, and do things that matter and can bring in revenue.

Maybe! It depends on how fast you build your program, and whether you plan to build it completely before your launch. I will teach you two different ways to launch, and show you my data to my previous launches so you can make an informed decision. What you will have: You will have the title, niche, outline, and understand what you are delivering through your program. You will know who are your ideal clients, and how you can integrate this program into your service offerings. You will know what to build out for your moving parts to launch it first round. You will have enough to launch the first cohort. You will know what data you're looking for and refine your materials for your second launch. You will learn heaps about marketing, lead generation, and automations.
We are NOT writing out your program content. That’s specific to you, your industry and your niche. We are designing the offer and delivery for you to successfully launch your program to your database.

You program will be an integral part of your model of care and services. I'm not trying to build an online business stream to replace your brick-and-mortar clinic here. Whilst I do work with clients 1:1 to do so, I don't do it in a group coaching format.
Programs are a great way to diversify your income, and package your IP and knowledge into an asset that can increase the value of your business. The skills you learn to design, write, promote your program, are transferable for other creations such as workshops, courses, CPDs, etc.
The program suitable for what I teach here should be priced between $1000-3000. Pricing is determined by authority and support inclusions.
Any programs below this price point, have a very simple design, and I do not think they are profitable unless you sell large volume of them (relying on marketing) The ideal 8-12 week program I'd personally price it at least $500 and above. It's your choice after all.
Any program above $2k, will need a more sophisticated design. If you have no experience creating programs before and want to go high ticket right away, this program will be a nice entry point for you to understand the minimal viable components that are needed for a high ticket offer, and then continue to work on conversions and lead generation to support a 2k+ program.

Yes , I have been doing this work with clinics in Australia, Canada and the United States.

We are NOT writing out your program content, we’re only producing the outline. Your program is specific to you, your industry and your niche. The quality of your program depends on YOU.
We are understanding and building all the moving parts for you to successfully launch your program into your database in the first round.
We are not building an evergreen program straight off the bat, as you need to validate it first with your patients and ensure you can create results for them before turning it evergreen.
This is not one of those commonly seen 5-day challenges that leads to an upsell. This is not a lead magnet for something else. There's nothing to sell at the end. This in itself is everything you need to launch. When people pay extra to work with me 1:1, they’re paying for the coaching, support and insights.
I can address questions on legislation considerations in the Q&A session to an extent, but given that participants are from all over the world, it's hard to have a one size fits all answer. I highly advise you to explore your insurance needs, legislation and marketing restrictions, etc, with your industry association in your respective country.
