The gap

Your team is probably already using AI.

Tap each card to see where the gap usually sits.

This course bridges that gap.

Winnie Wu planning AI systems for her allied health clinics

The core idea

If you can train a person to do a task in your clinic, you can train AI to do it too.

AI is a team member you brief. The output is only as good as the setup.

Everything in this course is built for clinics: every workflow, every example, every tool.

I'm systems-oriented by nature, so I teach AI the way your clinic actually runs: SOPs, workflows, onboarding and training resources. You build reusable systems your team runs on, and that train new people without you in the room.

When your team can build these things too, you stop being the only one holding it all together.

Winnie Wu, allied health clinic owner, teaching at a TCP CEO Weekend

Why learn it from me

A lot of people teach AI. I run two clinics with a team of 35.

And I have helped 200+ allied health clinic owners in Australia and Canada grow their businesses since 2023.

I run three businesses in four working days. AI is how I get the work done fast, at the standard I expect, with the accuracy I want.

Coaching that many owners taught me what stops people. Not knowledge. Implementation. So I won't hand you a library you'll never open. I know what a clinic needs, and exactly where things break when they aren't standardised.

Speed is the obvious win. The bigger wins are the quality of the output, the governance around it, and the time it frees to lift the patient experience.

If you're not strategic, AI won't make you more strategic. It can add more noise, more work and more unnecessary layers. It's easy to catch shiny object syndrome and build things that look good and add complexity, without taking away any of the workload you actually have.

I'm not teaching AI because it's the trend. I've been using AI since ChatGPT started, and sharing it with my clients since 2023. The layer I add is allied health practicality: what to build, what to skip, and where it breaks when it isn't standardised.

Behind the scenes

What runs in my business right now.

Two clinics. More than 20 scheduled routines. More than 25 AI agents and skills, each briefed like a team member.

A quarter of social captions in 2 hours. A month of video editing in 2 hours. Monthly dashboards in 1 hour.

What it takes off your plate

  • Opening a dozen tabs to find one answer. Everything lives in one place.
  • Missed information and things that fall through the cracks.
  • The repetitive tasks that keep the clinic running. They run in the background.
  • Mental load, for every manager, including you.
  • Time spent correcting human mistakes.
  • Jumping into emails after hours because a client couldn't get an answer within office hours.

A glimpse of how I run my clinics with AI

Build it department by department.

One clinic function at a time: marketing, operations, finance, growth. Each department gets its own agents, skills and governance, and every one draws on the same AI brain: your context, your knowledge, and the frameworks that move the needle in a clinic.

The more structure you have now, the faster you build.

Build one department and you can build them all. This work compounds.

Tap a department in the diagram to see what sits inside it.

The tech platforms

What I run on

The tools I use to run my operating system:

  • Claude Code
  • Claude Cowork
  • Notion
  • Google Drive
  • Slack

The course is built around Claude, Claude Cowork and Claude Code. It's tool agnostic, though. The same setup works in ChatGPT, Codex and any platform with similar features, and I'll introduce you to plenty of other tools along the way.

You need one paid account. I recommend Claude. If you're on another platform and not sure it fits, message me.

A team of agents in each clinic

Each clinic has its own AI team, each agent with its own job brief. Each one works from that clinic's brand voice, audience and rules.

  • HR advisor
  • Governance

Patientexperience Practicalsavings Fewererrors Qualityassurance Team on thehuman side Worth building

What do I mean by practical?

AI worth building sits in the middle.

Every agent and automation in the course is weighed against five things. If it doesn't land in the middle, we don't build it.

  1. Patient experienceFaster replies, consistent information, nothing lost between the front desk and the treatment room.
  2. Practical savingsTime or money saved in the everyday running of the clinic.
  3. Fewer errors, lighter loadLess human error, fewer things missed, and load that's managed instead of carried.
  4. Quality assurancePrecision, accuracy and standards that hold as you grow.
  5. Your team on the human sideSo they can focus on the patient. You don't need a person for the repetitive, recurring tasks.

What you're learning. Not just using AI, but building with AI.

Five levels of AI in a clinic.

This course covers Levels 1 to 4, with a special focus on Levels 3 and 4. It's built for owners and managers who already use AI. We go through Levels 1 and 2 so your foundations are solid, but you won't be starting from scratch.

Level 5 is a separate Build Day for those who are eligible: you've completed the course and run your system for 3 months.

  1. 1

    Level 1 · Foundations

    Prompting

Get good output the first time.

    • How to think about AI before you build anything
    • Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini: when to use which
    • The prompting framework I use every day
    • Context and memory: why AI forgets, and how to fix it

You build: A prompting habit your whole team can use.

  2. 2

    Level 2 · Foundations

    Custom AI

    AI that knows your clinic.

    • Your brand prompt in about 20 minutes, so every chat sounds like your clinic
    • Custom GPTs and Claude Projects, one per clinic role
    • Turning your best prompts into skills your team can share

You build: Your brand prompt, custom bots and your first shared skills.

  3. 3Focus

    Level 3 · Course focus

    Connected AI

    AI working inside your tools.

    • Your Business Brain, and where it lives
    • Connecting AI to the tools your clinic already uses
    • The six files every AI system needs: agent brief, skills, memory, projects, governance and schedule
    • A full department of agents and skills, and using AI to train AI
    • Patient resources and content your team can produce without you

You build: Your Business Brain and your first full department.

  4. 4Focus

    Level 4 · Course focus

    Automated AI

Work that runs on a schedule.

    • Scheduled tasks on your clinic's rhythm
    • AI working inside your browser
    • Clinic data and reporting without the manual work
    • Training bots and knowledge agents your team can use without you

You build: One department of your clinic running on an automated system.

  5. 5Build Day

Level 5 · Separate Build Day

    Orchestrated AI

Run your business on the foundations you've built.

    • Your chief of staff and co-CEO, built in Claude Code
    • One place to coordinate every department you've built

Who it's for: Eligible clinics who've completed the course and run their system for 3 months. More info when you're in the course.

Governance, built into every level

  • An AI policy template for your clinic
  • Privacy and patient data essentials
  • Keeping a human in the loop on anything patient-facing
  • How to evaluate AI and digital health products

The build principle

Human in the loop

  1. AI draftsAgents do the work on schedule.
  2. You give feedbackApprove, correct, redirect.
  3. It learnsEach round needs less from you.

I don't give my AI full control, and I don't suggest you do either. Not until your system runs so well you barely have feedback left to give.

That takes 3 to 4 months of consistent use and feedback. The same as any new employee getting good at their job.

Without a human in the loop, it won't grow with you.

Who it's for, and who it's not for

Built for the people who set the standard.

You build it. Your team runs on it. This course is for the owners and managers who set the standards in the clinic and build the systems everyone else works from.

Clinic owners

Build the system, set the standards, and hand outputs to the team without explaining them twice.

Practice and clinic managers

SOPs, onboarding, reporting and clinic data, built once and kept current.

What your team gets

Admin and clinicians use the agents and skills you build: on-brand comms, patient resources, consistent processes.

What we don't build

Anything that handles clinical notes or patient data. Use purpose-built healthcare platforms for that. I won't teach you to vibe code something that handles sensitive information.

This is for you if
  • You own or manage an allied health clinic, and you're the one who sets the standards
  • Your clinic has SOPs, or you're ready to write them as you build
  • You or your team already use AI, and you want shared rules and a system that compounds
  • You keep getting generic output and want to understand why
  • You'll keep a human in the loop and give feedback for the first 3 to 4 months
  • You want to stop being the only person who knows how the clinic runs
This isn't for you if
  • You've never used AI before. We cover the basics, but the course expects you're already using it.
  • You want AI for clinical notes, letters or anything that touches patient data. That belongs in a purpose-built healthcare platform.
  • You have no SOPs and want plug and play. You can't automate anything that isn't systemised and tested in your clinic first. You can still start here, but expect to build the structure before the automation.
  • You're a clinician looking for a personal productivity tool. This is for the people who run the clinic.
  • You want to hand AI full control and walk away.
  • You're chasing every new tool. We build one system you'll actually use.

AI exposes weakness. A messy clinic gets messier without good business acumen. A structured clinic excels. If you're somewhere in between, this course is where you build the structure.

Already ahead?

If you're coding, using Claude Cowork confidently or running AI inside your automations, you're ahead of the curve.

Your team may still be catching up. Using these tools yourself is one skill. Teaching a team to use them well is another. Sometimes it's easier for the team to learn from someone who isn't their boss. Just putting that out there.

A note from Winnie

Your clinic's standards shouldn't depend on who's working that day.

I've been paying for AI and using it every day since ChatGPT first launched, and for the last two years I've been building alongside some of the best AI practitioners around.

I was systems and tech oriented well before AI. It just lets my nerdy brain move faster, with structure that used to need more people.

My team uses AI every day. Not perfectly, but consistently. The difference between good output and generic output is almost always how well it's briefed.

I built this course because I kept seeing clinic owners excited about AI but stuck in the same loop: try it, get something mediocre, decide it doesn't work, go back to doing everything manually.

Used properly, AI is how you hold your standards as you grow. That's what this course is for.

Everything in it comes from my own clinics, built and tested with a real team, real payroll and real patients.

Set the standard once. Let the system hold it.

Winnie Wu, founder of The Clinic Project, AI for clinic owners

Why now

If this gap feels big now, it only gets bigger.

The tools are moving fast. The clinics that build the fundamentals now will keep pulling ahead of the ones that wait.

Between writing this course in May, delivering it live, and today, new features have already changed how I'd build parts of my own system. That's the point. With the fundamentals, you can evaluate the next tool yourself.

Do you need 10 or 20 subscriptions? Or can you build one thing you'll actually use, that won't breach any governance rules?

Once you understand how this works, you can answer that for yourself. Every time.

Common questions

Before you enrol

I've already tried AI and it didn't work for me.

That's almost always a prompting and priming problem. The foundations modules are built for exactly this. You'll see what bad output means and how to fix it.

Is this for my team, or just me?

It's built for owners and managers. You build the system, and your admin team and clinicians use what you build. A practice manager who builds systems alongside you will get a lot from it too.

Is my team putting patient information into ChatGPT?

If you don't have an AI policy, you don't know. The course gives you a governance framework and an AI policy template for your clinic, so everyone knows what can and can't go into AI tools.

Why does everything AI writes for us sound the same?

Because it has no context. Once your brand voice, audience and rules are built into the system, the output sounds like your clinic, not like everyone else's.

Which AI tools are worth paying for?

You need one paid account. I recommend Claude, and the course is built around Claude, Cowork and Code, but the method is tool agnostic and works with ChatGPT and Codex too. Message me if you're unsure.

Do I need a technical background?

No. Everything is explained in plain English and built step by step.

Can I just copy your skills and agents?

You'll get my templates. You'll still need to customise them to your workflow. Marketing is the quickest to adapt. Operations takes more, because it has to reflect how your clinic actually runs.

How long until it runs without much input from me?

Expect 3 to 4 months of consistent use and feedback. The same as training a new team member.

Can I use this for clinical notes and letters?

No. For anything that handles patient data, use purpose-built platforms from the healthcare marketplace. I'll share what I use and how to evaluate them. I won't teach you to vibe code something that handles sensitive information.

Do you cover AI scribes and other digital health products?

Yes. I'll share what I use and what I've trialled, plus the four-point framework I use to judge any new tool before buying: the product, the founder, the governance, and the pipeline.

How long do I have access?

12 months of course access, including updates as the platforms change, plus 6 months in the TCP community.

Where do I get help if I'm stuck?

Inside the TCP community Facebook group, for 6 months from enrolment.

Ready when you are.
